INO SPACE PLT (hereinafter referred to as INO) operates a co-working space for therapy. This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and other forms of handling of Personal Information that INO receives its users and/or customers.
We shall use your Personal Information only for the purposes specifically related to your participation in INO’s co-working space. By using INO’s suite of services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
While using our co-working space, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, date of birth, country of residence, national registration document, driving license, utility bills, and proof of income ("Personal Information").
We collect information and records from your entry into and out of the co-working space. This includes entry and exit logs and CCTV recording.
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be relevant to your interest and participation in our services. These communications will not be solicited through third parties but will be directly disseminated to you by us. However, if you choose not to be solicited with these materials, you can specifically request to opt-out of these forms of communication.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to ensure the safety of such information. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
